It is expected that global warming worsen floods and droughts, threatening the availability of water for drinking and irrigation. Droughts reduce the variety, nutritional content and quantity of food, all of which can contribute to malnutrition, infectious diseases and famine.

|Now everyone is working on his/her own topic, looking on the internet, and printing some information that we think is of interest. On Thursday, we are going to start the power point presentation. We think that Human Health is very important because many illnesses are caused by all the other problems like: deforestation, green house effect, acid rain, desertification, melting of the poles, water management policy, the difficulty of getting water; as shown on the problem tree (above on this page), we have elaborated during an earlier session. We think that we are working very hard.|
