Solutions to the effects of global warming on water management from a economical point of view...proposed by

Fr.gif Group 1

Group1 is composed of: Houssem, Sophie, Paul, Romane, Geoffroy, Agathe, Caroline, Jonathan, Simon, Aurore, Raphaelle, Florent, Arnaud, Laura, Thomas, Aymerick, Diane, Cloé, Capucine, Rémi, William, Guillaume, Marie, Pauline, Damien, Emilien, Lucie.

Food

By Aurore and Raphaëlle

FOOD

Because of the global warming, fish will disappear from the oceans and the sees. The consequences are that people won't eat any more fish. We can invent spaces where water can be kept where the water can't evaporate. Like that, fish would live and people would eat them again.

Pollution

By Florent and Arnaud

Pollution is responsible for global warming, and the climate changes caused by it are very important : 40% of the animal species may disappear , droughts and floods will force whole populations to emigrate. The total amount is about 5 500 billions of Euro. To avoid that, the French government created the carbon tax: those who spill co2 emissions have to pay an extra-amount (for example, an active couple with a child will pay around 300 Euro a year.) The goal of this tax is obviously to reduce the carbon emissions, by following the Swedish example (the Swedish government created that tax a few years ago, and in this country the carbon emissions decreased of 9 percent. And the 8 billions of Euro that will be collected will be reditributed to the purchase power.

Proposal 3

By Laura and Thomas:

When there's a cataclysm, poor countries are very damaged economically. They can't take care about survivors. But rich countries like America or Europe can afford to give money to these poor countries. So they can make an alliance with poor countries, support them financially and be prepared to help them if there's problem. America and Europe must have to reserve a part of their money to them when they have a problem like an epidemic or a natural catastrophy. Rich countries can also create hospitals, schools or special buildings in special materials which cant' be destroyed by cataclysms. In exchange poor countries would consume more and therefore contribute to economies of rich countries.
