Solutions to the effects of global warming on water management from a political point of view...proposed by

Rich countries can make alliances and unions with poor countries. They can give some money to create canals. Poor people can treat water to make it drinkable. Many rich countries have too much water.
They also can stop the wars in poor countries with sending soldiers. They can create plants which transform the salt water in drinking water. With it we can give water to the poor countries who are touched by the natural disasters like Haiti like that, they can survive because a lot of them die every day because they don't have enough water to drink. Some plants have been already built in Algeria and other countries. With these water plants we can provide drinkable water to poor people and save them because 1.5 million people have died.

The battles between countries about sharing water.
To begin, many countries have problems about deciding how to share water. They want to have the most water possible so, conflicts break out.
Solutions: One of the solutions is to create a world law imposing the sharing of the water among all counties so that they are equal.

To this day, many powerful governments are engaged into saving the planet. But just saying that they are good government leaders because they signed up to save the Earth doesn't mean that things will change. World leaders should deliver additional funds to help the poor countries. They can't fight climate change because they don't have enough money. But now, less than half the money supposed to be given to help the poor countries adapt to climate change is actually sent to them. Without speaking of raising more money, we could start by giving them the funds already meant for them.
