Ref proposal 1
I like your idea about the proposal 1. In my opinion I think it is very important that developed countries help the poor, because we were the ones that once prevented their development. Jaume 12:52, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
It is true that developed countries would provide aid to underdeveloped countries, to prevent natural disasters and the 1.5 million people have died of the water problem. Governments of poor countries could try to make it potable water but would first have to help them achieve development. The rich countries exploit poor and they take advantage of their poor development to prevent the development and thus keep on exploiting its raw materials. María Dolores 13:08, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
Ref proposal 2
I agree to create a law for water distribution is the same for all countries. Since there are currently water wars. Although it is difficult to establish a law for all countries as there are many economic interests by the most developed countries. When a developed country has rivers and can be supplied with them, this is the case of refusal to share them. María Dolores 12:47, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
I agree to create a global law, but not every country has the same facility to get water. For example many countries of Africa haven't the same opportunities to purchase water that a country in northern Europe and it's too difficult to establish that law for all countries. -- Daniel Jaime 12:50, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
I think this is a good idea.
I think a solution would be to share the water and that everybody would be allowed to use only a certain amount of water every month. This would save water. And every country should receive the same amount of water, reducing the number of quarrel between one country and the other.
I think people should enforce compliance of existing laws referring to contaminations of the waters.
